An intelligent turntable machine that carries out bottle feeding, filling, cap placement, capping and discharge automatically. Full stainless-steel construction with an international-brand PLC control system for stable, low-maintenance running. Combines with washing, drying and labelling machines to form a complete line.

The GY-200 runs at 20–40 bottles/min. Actual output depends on your product and format, so we size each machine to your line.

It is supplied for 220V / 50Hz, 2 kW. We can build to your site's electrical supply on request.
