High-Pressure Homogeniser
Finer, more stable emulsions with longer shelf life.
High-pressure homogenising improves product uniformity and stability, extends shelf life, reduces reaction time (saving catalysts and additives) and refines the consistency, taste and colour of the finished product. A core step for dairy, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic lines.

Buyer questions
High-Pressure Homogeniser: common questions
What is the High-Pressure Homogeniser (Homogeniser) used for?
High-pressure homogenising improves product uniformity and stability, extends shelf life, reduces reaction time (saving catalysts and additives) and refines the consistency, taste and colour of the finished product. A core step for dairy, beverage, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic lines.
Can the High-Pressure Homogeniser be built and certified to CE or UKCA standards?
Yes. We can supply it CE-marked for the EU/EEA and UKCA-marked — or CE-marked, currently accepted in Great Britain — for the UK, with a Declaration of Conformity, technical file and a risk assessment to EN ISO 12100.
Is the High-Pressure Homogeniser suitable for GMP or hygienic production?
Yes. It is built in stainless steel (SS304/SS316) with hygienic, easy-clean, corrosion-resistant construction to GMP standards, with validation support (IQ/OQ/PQ) available where required.
Can the High-Pressure Homogeniser be customised or integrated into a full line?
Yes. Capacity, format, materials and controls can be configured, and it can be combined with upstream and downstream machines into a complete food processing line.
What spare parts and servicing are available for the Homogeniser?
Because it is built on mainstream tier-1 components, spare parts are readily available. We supply recommended spares packages and provide ongoing service, maintenance and technical support.
What safety features does the High-Pressure Homogeniser have?
Safety is documented to EN ISO 12100 with guarding, emergency stop and electrical safety to EN 60204-1, plus overload protection where applicable — all recorded in the technical file.
What lead time and after-sales support come with the Homogeniser?
Lead time is confirmed on your quotation. We provide delivery, installation, commissioning, operator training, spare parts and warranty support.
