A hot air circulation oven for heating, drying and dehumidifying materials in pharmaceutical, food and chemical production. Steam or electric heating warms the air, which is then circulated through the trays; fresh air is constantly replenished and humid air discharged, keeping the temperature even and the drying uniform.
