Three-axis motion for fast, segregation-free blending.
The mixing barrel is carried on crossed, mutually-perpendicular drive and driven shafts connected by Y-type universal joints, so it translates, turns and tumbles in three-dimensional space. This speeds the flow and diffusion of the materials while avoiding the gravity segregation and build-up seen in ordinary mixers — reaching an ideal, uniform mix in a short time.
